Given the nature of digital marketing, SEO, and custom software development, our services require significant immediate time investments. As such, VertoTech Labs generally does not offer refunds once work has commenced or a campaign is active.
Any deposits paid for web development or design projects are non-refundable after the design phase has been completed or handed over.
Refunds may be evaluated on a strictly case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of VertoTech Labs management if there is an explicit failure to deliver defined requirements within terms of the contract.
