VertoTech Labs provides digital marketing, web development, SEO, and consulting services. All projects are subject to an initial agreement defining scope and deliverables.
Payment terms are outlined specifically in individual Service Agreements. Invoices must be paid within the timeline specified. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
Upon final payment, you retain complete ownership of all website code, ad creatives, and logos created on your behalf, unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved within the jurisdiction of Calicut, Kerala.
